FEDT DANCE BIOS

CHRISTOPHER "AARON GUNN" BOLDEN

Audio/Visual Editor in Chief

Christopher found his start in TD under the leadership of Blair Cartlidge. At the age of 15 he was asked by Dane and Blair to fill in for a Full Effect dancer in certain numbers for the company's Full Effect World concert. Showing that he can share the stage with the skilled dancers of the company, Bolden was then asked to join Full Effect immediately after, being the youngest and only teenage member in the company at that time. In 2004, he became a coordinator for Boundaries, the company's second concert. In 2005 he auditioned for the Chicago Academy of the Arts and received a full scholarship, where he was trained in Ballet, Modern and Jazz. In 2006 he became a Principal company member and was afforded the opportunity to work with Missy Elliot on a project. In that same year, he became a finalist in Chicago for the nationally televised show, So You Think You Can Dance. In 2007, Christopher Bolden began working under the pseudonym, Aaron Gunn, a name his mentor, Dane A Campbell gave him using his middle name and father's surname. As Aaron Gunn, Christopher broadened his talents and ventured into video and music editing. He has been the musical engineer for many of FEETDCo's award winning performances and productions. He also co-founded The Total Domination Show and is the mastermind behind the editing of many of the company's dance videos and commercials. In his spare time, he writes music and produces vocal arrangements. He was 2007's Most Valuable Company Member and the 2006 Dancer of the Year. In 2008 he was one of the "magic seven" that made it on the second season of MTV's Randy Jackson's America's Best Dance Crew.
