FEDT DANCE BIOS

ERROL "SKOOL" JONES

Principal

Errol auditioned for Full Effect Entertainment in 2004 while still the president of N'Famous Bang Dance Crew. At 16 he had taken the leadership of the group and lead them to winning many contests within Chicago's urban dance community. He graced Full Effect's stage for the first time in the company's second concert, Boundaries. In 2005, Errol and three other Full Effect company members sent a tape to Grammy Award winning recording artist, Missy Elliot. Missy fell in love with Skool's style and soon after made him (along with Blair) a co-choreographer in three of her last four music videos including, "Lose Control", "Teary Eyed", and "We Run This"/"Bad Man". Skool's most memorable performance in FEETDCo to date was when he portrayed an extension of himself in the company's first film Under Siege. He has won two FPAs including Best Choreographed piece ("Potion" in Climax and Beyond) 2006. In that same year, he was promoted to a Principal company dancer. Skool has also done artist development projects with Missy Elliot and worked with artist Olivia. He is one of the company's unique triple-threat performers.
